Wine growing / wine making

Stony clay-limestone soils close to the commune of Castillon-du-Gard. Mechanical harvesting. Direct pressing of fresh grapes. Vinification in cement vats.

Tasting notes

Pale yellow translucent colour. Notes of stone fruit, pear and citrus fruit. Well-balanced palate combining richness and tension. Textured & elegant.

Food pairing

Chicken with forty cloves of garlic, roasted sea bass, pan-fried fish with leeks, crab ravioli, roast pork, carrot & chickpea pittas.
